Automatic do’s and dont’s

Cruisers Car Wash recommends that cars with pre-existing oxidation damaged or sun affected paint work should not use the automatic wash.

Whilst due care is taken in all circumstances, entry with a pre-existing condition is done so at your own risk.

Do not leave your vehicle while the wash is operating.

Ensure bonnet and headlight protectors are secure and not damaged.

Maximum vehicle height including any attachments is 2.1m.

Maximum vehicle length including any attachments is 6m.

While most ladders and other attachments are ok, avoid large protrusions from the vehicle body, for example, trailers, long ladders, extra long towbars, towbar mounted bike racks etc.

Not suitable for motorbikes.

Some car wash chemicals may tarnish unprotected aluminium.

Our automatics are not designed for removing thick mud from vehicles, it is recommended to use Manual Bay 3 or 4 to remove mud before going into the automatic wash.

You can leave your car running in the automatic wash, using the heater in winter or air conditioning in summer.

Drive in slowly if you purchase a wash package with an underbody wash to maximise underbody wash time.

Do not leave pets in open cages or areas on vehicles when washing.

Remove rubbish from ute trays before entering the wash.
