Our wash features two dedicated undercover dog washes designed to make pet grooming a breeze while keeping both you and your furry friend comfortable. We clean our dog washes regularly throughout the day, with a dedicated attendant on-site to assist you with any needs or questions you may have during your visit.

Each wash station is equipped with high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and flea and tick treatment products to ensure your dog receives a thorough and effective cleaning. The water in both washes is kept warm, which helps make bath time a more pleasant experience for your pet. If you prefer, you're welcome to bring your own shampoo or conditioner to use, allowing for a more personalized grooming session. IF you wish to brush your dog to remove hair we ask that you put the hair in the bins provided.

Our wash tubs are spacious enough to accommodate more than one dog at a time making it convenient for families with multiple pets. We also recommend bringing a towel, as some dogs may be averse to the blower used for drying. For added savings, our loyalty cards offer discounted dog washing services from Monday to Wednesday.

We have plenty of parking on site for people to use our dog washes, as well as the street parking in Delville St.

You can park in or next to the carport out the back of the manual bays. Parking in the righthand side of the vacuum carport is fine too.

Our fenced in undercover professional dog washes feature warm water, a blower, elevated tubs with non slip surfaces, clips to hold your dog from trying to jump out and a large enough tub wash space for almost any sized dog.

We use professional pet grooming shampoo, conditioner and flea and tick chemicals from an Australian company with over 30 years in the pet grooming industry. Each product is made from quality natural ingredients and has natural aromas from essential oils and herbal extracts.

Using a professional dog wash not only saves you time and effort but also provides a more enjoyable and thorough grooming experience for your furry friend.

If you haven't used the dog wash before, bringing a towel is a good idea in case your dog doesn't like the blower. A towel is quite useful for long haired dogs as they can take a long time to dry with just the blower. If you happen to forget a towel, just let an attendant know, they'll be happy to lend one to you.

Avoid getting water inside your dogs ears as their ear canal is quite long and can trap water easily. Also do not point the blower directly at your dogs ear canals, especially at close range.

Bring a some treats to give to your dog to reward them and create a more positive association with being washed.

Try not to spray your dog in the face with water as it usually causes them to 'shake off', wet your hand and wipe your dogs face to clean it.

If you have multiple dogs, the wash tub can accommodate two medium sized dogs at a time, or even three small dogs!
