Caravans

We ask customers to use Manual Bay 3 when washing caravans as it offers the easiest entry and exit of the bay for all caravan sizes. Large caravans must use Manual Bay 3, but small caravans can also use Manual Bay 1 + 2.

Manual Bay 4 has a tight turn on exiting and it is not suitable for caravans.

If you have any concerns or questions about caravan washing before arriving in Horsham, don't hesitate to contact us by phone. Our staff can provide guidance and help you determine the best bay for your caravan based on its size and your specific requirements.

The maximum height our manual bays can accommodate is 3.8 meters. If you wish to wash the roof or solar panels of your caravan, please speak with one of our attendants. We’re happy to assist and will do our best to ensure your caravan receives the care it needs. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make your washing experience as convenient as possible.

Keeping the manual bays tidy

At our car wash facility we are committed to maintaining a clean and tidy environment in our manual bays for the benefit of our customers. To help us achieve this we kindly ask that customers who are working with muddy vehicles, trailers, or dirty equipment take responsibility for tidying up after themselves. This ensures that everyone can enjoy a clean and pleasant washing experience.

Before you begin washing, if you have any debris in trailers or utes, we can assist you with a broom, brush and shovel to put your debris in a bin. We appreciate your efforts in keeping the bays tidy from mud, if any mud is dropped we request that you push it under your vehicle before leaving the bay. For convenience, a shovel is available for you to use in this process.

When blowing out trailers and utility vehicles, please pull forward into the manual bay so that any debris that is blown out remains contained within the bay and does not end up outside. This helps us keep the surrounding area clean and prevents contamination of the local environment. Additionally, if you are washing a long vehicle or trailer, please ensure that you complete the washing process inside the manual bay. This prevents dirt and chemicals from washing into the local river and ensures that all waste is directed to the appropriate treatment facilities.

By following these guidelines, you help us maintain a clean and efficient car wash facility that benefits everyone. Thank you for your cooperation and for contributing to a pleasant experience for all our customers.

What we allow and do not allow in our manual bays

At our car wash facility, we strive to ensure a clean and efficient service for all customers by setting clear guidelines on what can and cannot be washed. To maintain the quality of our equipment and the safety of our environment, we do not allow items or tools that are covered in concrete, tar, or paint to be washed. If you wash grease off of plant equipment or engines onto our bay walls we ask that you wash the walls down before you leave. These substances can damage our systems and pose potential risks, so we ask that you refrain from bringing such items into our wash bays.

On the other hand, we are pleased to accommodate a variety of items that can benefit from a thorough cleaning. Some examples of acceptable items include filters from air conditioners, both residential and commercial range hoods, empty wheelie bins, barbecues, camping equipment, golf carts, and mowers. When washing mowers, please ensure you clean up any debris you may have created. Motorbikes, car parts, and many other types of equipment are also welcome in our bays.

This is not an exhaustive list, and we reserve the right to refuse the washing of any items that may not be suitable for our equipment or could cause issues. If you have any doubts or specific questions about whether your item can be washed, please feel free to Contact Us beforehand. Our goal is to provide a smooth and efficient washing experience while maintaining the highest standards for our facility.
